So in Peru, pisco is kind of a big deal. Like you can't import this from Brazil kind of big deal. And one thing they do like a boss, is make Pisco Sours. So enjoy this Peruvian masterpiece. Oh, and yea, this recipe makes enough for friends.
- 2 shot(s) Pisco Porton® Pisco
- 1 shot(s) Sugar Syrup
- 0.75 shot(s) Lime Juice
- 0.5 fresh egg white
- 3 dash(es) Angostura aromatic bitters
Throw a half a cup of sugar, 1.5 cups of ice, 1/2 cup of lime juice, 1.5 cups of pisco and 2 egg whites into a blender. Let the blender do its thing. Top with 3 dashes of Angostura Bitters.
